We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
-Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return, Refund, Warranty
You can return your item within 21 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 14 more days for preparing the return shipping.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
– Custom or personalized orders
– Layaway payment plan orders
– Rush orders
– Platinum jewelry orders
All rings have a 1 year warranty that includes tightening of prongs, retipping of prongs, one free resize, polishing and cleaning. I do not cover loss of the main stone but will cover any replacement side stones. Warranty is void if the ring is worked on by another jeweler (besides resizing). I don’t cover loss of ring or extreme damage to ring (but I’ll do whatever I can
